Each exhibit will receive a print copy of the conference program.

Exhibitor set-up at FFA Enrichment Center is 3:00 to 6:00 pm.
Exhibitor set-up begins at 6:30 a.m.
Removal of exhibits begins at the close of the conference.
Exhibitor Opportunities
Sponsorship/Promotion
Exhibitors have opportunities for conference sponsorship. Examples might include sponsoring the keynote presentation, lunch, pens, general conference sponsors, bag giveaways, etc. Contact the IAS executive director at 319-273-2581 for more information.
Exhibitor Check-off Card
Exhibitor check-off card is for attendees to be in a drawing of exhibitor giveaway prizes near the end of the conference.
As an exhibitor you will have the opportunity mark 2 squares or 1 square on the Exhibitor Check-off Card.
2 squares if the person listens to your presentation
1 square if they only want your stamp or signature
You may also provide giveaways which will have your name and contact information attached to a gift bag.

Conference format allows freedom of movement by attendees all day.
Treats and drinks brought to exhibitor tables throughout the day.
Exhibitor contact information is listed online and in the conference program if registered by the deadline.
First in lunch line if lunch ticket is purchased.
Exhibitors will be featured on the website and in the printed program booklet.
Power for recharging laptops available in the building.
